  • In Stock: Upon receiving your order confirmation email, we will begin processing your order within 2 business days, and your shipment will be dispatched on the third business day.

All orders will be shipped from the EU warehouse (except some accessories). Once your order has been placed, you can start following the tracking two days later.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email to the address you provided when placing the order, with your tracking information.
  • If you do not receive this email, or if you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at service@ivelok.com
  • If your package has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted for free. If you need to cancel the order, you will need to bear the return shipping fee and the shelf operation fee.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Any changes regarding shipping once the item is shipped — including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping preferences — may delay receipt of your products. If you would like to change the colour or model of your e-bike, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.
